Question

i ordered the item: Nov 15, 2025 at 9:17 AM. Delivered on Fri, Nov 28, 2025. Nov. 29th you can see i reached out to the seller. no reposnse. then i got busy with holidays and work so on Dec 20 i reach out agian nothing. dec 31 i reach out and file a complaint only to find out its outsid the time frame for return, complaing etc. this was done intentionally by the seller by not responding.

You are only protected by the eBay MBG (Money Back Guarantee) for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

The MBG gives you a lot of protection when it is used. In numerous situations it can bypass a Seller's No returns accepted return policy.

This forum is not eBay, we are volunteers supporting members who use eBay. Reaching out to a Seller is not the same as filing a return claim or whatever claim you were attempting to file.

If eBay winds up being no help then you will have to pursue a dispute with your funding source.
