I have recharged 119 USD T-Banks to my eBay account but it has not been received here yet. I have to complete my task here.

eBay does not contact people on social media to pay people to perform "tasks" or to "recharge" accounts. eBay is not involved with those things.

It sounds like you have given your money to a "task scam". Those tasks are not a way for you to make money; they are a way for scammers to take money from you. Scammers will not refund you once you give them your money.

Stop communicating with the scammers. Do not give them any more of your money.

If someone claims to be able to get your money back for a price, do not give them any more money. They will say whatever they think will convince you to pay them more of your money.
