recently purchased
I purchased a guitar on dec. 22nd. a shipping label was created however the seller has yet to drop off item. ive messaged him and contacted ebay for a dispute but now have to wait 3 days. is there anything additionall i can do?

The next step is to go back to the case and ask eBay to step in after 3 days. There are no other steps to take.

It could be. It could also be that the seller shipped but failed to get an acceptance scan when he dropped off the item at the carrier. If you don't get your item and you follow the process however, you're covered by eBay's Money Back Guarantee. (I understand that doesn't help with the disappointment and aggravation though!)
Always be sure to look at the seller's full feedback to see what other buyers are experiencing before committing to a purchase. That will tell you a lot about what to expect.
