Recently bought items
I’d like to return something and get my money back, but the item is not showing up in my “recently purchased†when I try to start the return process. Is this because the seller does not accept refunds? Or is it another issue?

Look in your Purchase History >> https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/purchase
Perhaps you made the purchase as a guest or under a different Ebay account?
Do you have the Order Confirmation email that Ebay sent you when you purchased the item?
When did you purchase the item?
