Recently a customer wished to cancel an order.
Lady_Madonna tells me that only I the seller can cancel an order so I will try to do that . But Ebay has stated that I shipped the order cause I purchased a shipping label before the request for canceling. How do make sure that ebay knows I have not shipped and what must i do to get the shipping label cost refunded to me? Once I cancel the order will Ebay refund the customers money back to the customer?
