Recent Change to Payments (on Hold)
I wanted to reach out to this community to see if there's any experience on this topic. Recently I received a note saying that eBay was making changes to its method of making seller payments. My interpretation was that instead of receiving immediate payment for a sale, (like I do today), that now they will wait to get a delivery confirmation.
While this is no bother for most of my orders, I do mail a lot of single small coins using the eBay Standard Envelope process. Often times these things don't get a "delivered" stamp. At times, the last stamp simply says "out for delivery" and occasionally they don't get a delivered stamp but I do get the positive feedback about the receipt of the coin.
So it's got me to wondering am I going to have an issue to work, more work to do on my end?
Any experience or thoughts from anyone else here on this topic?

Mentor11 months ago@cheepskate58 I had asked eBay this very question for ESE shipments and was told that they use " other methods" for determining delivery. They could not specify but I am sure that feedback from the buyer that they received the card may have some weight.
I do know that feedback doesn't usually play a roll in proof of delivery though.
