Receiving tracking
Hello, I seem to be receiving tracking information on a package that EBay stepped in & refunded. I did not received my item & the seller was not responding to my messages. However, I have since been receiving tracking information on the the item. It shows that it was tracked to my local post office in Illinois, & then was out for delivery for 2 days before then being delivered to a mail box some place in Michigan today. I do not want the item as I already replaced it with another item, but am concerned that I may end up blamed for receiving a package that was refunded. I'm not sure who to contact about the issue. I'm wondering if the seller of the item sold it to another buyer, & shipped it with the label that they created to send it to me. Any advice would be appreciated.
