Have you contacted the Seller?
If the incorrect item was delivered less than 30 days ago, you can go to your Purchase History, select the item, and open an Item Not as Described refund request. The Seller will have three business days to respond with either a prepaid return label or a refund.
If they do not respond on time, on the 4th day, go back to your request and ask eBay to step in and force the refund. Do not let the Seller convince you to close your request to get your refund.
There is no need to contact eBay.
