Receiving Small Items I Did Not Buy
For the last month, I've been receiving one or two dollar items shipped to my address that I did not order or pay for. Received another basketball card today, unknown buyer using my address. Watch batteries last week, little rubber washers the week before. Should I be concerned?

Mentor2 years agoIt is likely someone trying to obtain tracking to your zip code to defraud someone else (not you) using a "false tracking scam".
By sending the item to you instead of the actual recipient, the scammer gets a tracking number that appears to show delivery to the customer's area, yet the customer has no item that can be returned for a refund.
The actual customer will need to get documentation from the shipping service to prove that the tracking does not correspond to the customer's own address, and share that with eBay via social media if this was an eBay order.
