Receiving refund
Bought a phone, didn't work, returned it. I bought the phone with PayPal split payment, about half was a debit gift card, and the other half was a debit card. The refund has been pending for 5 days and I'm wondering if they are trying to refund the money to the gift card which probably won't work. How do I get in contact to just send the refund to my PayPal account or debit card? Would I contact the seller or ebay?
