receiving products after looking at a similar products and not initiating a buy from there site

two/ Both venders sent me material I looked at and did not buy from them. Both venders showed payment with a canceled credit card. how is that possible? I was told, that they are able to retrieve new CC info including new secure three digit secret code #

eBay does not share buyer payment info with sellers.

If you viewed an item and either made an offer or requested a shipping estimate, you may have inadvertently committed to a purchase using the payment information saved in your account.

Are either of those items shown in your eBay Purchase history? Purchases | My eBay | eBay

If not then it is some kind of a scam or your account has been hacked and you may need to contact the card issuer and ask what they are showing for transactions. You can then dispute them, ask for a new card and cut up the old one. You can change the PW on your eBay account for additional security protection.

If there is nothing on your Purchase history and your card company comes up empty it is some kind of scam. What kind of "materials" are we talking about here?
