Receiving payment if using a different shipping label

Question

I sold a buyer a baseball card that he paid and received. I had to make a separate shipping label to send it out. The buyer has received it since last week. And I still haven't received payment for the item I sold him. I have proof of everything.

Are you referring to the item sold on July 24th? If so that item had to go through the authentication program and the shipping had to be to the authenticator. Did you ship to the authenticator? If not, then you cannot be paid until the authenticator passes the item.

You need to go to the Transaction Details and add the tracking number.
