Receiving payment

So I combined two items into one package and I have received payment for one but not the other buyer has sent me proof that he has received both items but there is no way for him to mark that it has been received how do I start a dispute or get paid for the item that has been received

If you shipped both items together but did not combine the shipping label you will only have proof of delivery for the item you used to purchase the label. The other item will not have a tracking number or show as shipped. If the second item does not show as shipped you can manually mark it as shipped but you will not be able to add the tracking since it is attached to the other sale.

The option is in the drop down menu for the item on your orders page.

Since you do not have proof of delivery on the second order your funds will be released, if the buyer does not make a return or refund claim, after the full hold time.

If you need to combine separate purchases to the same buyer you do it by going to the bulk labels page to purchase your label. Look for a link get labels in bulk at the top of the page. You then check the items to combine.
