Receiving NO email of any kind from EBay since bank info update
Ever since I "updated" my bank info, I have not received any email from eBay-no Saved searches, no offers, no sale notifications....nothing from eBay. I need to go into the app to see if anything is happening. The payment from my most recent sale is not transferring to Paypal, it is just sitting in the account. I checked to make sure notifications were turned on, also called eBay....nothing. I have been on eBay since 2003 and never had any problem. What's up?
