receiving message from eBay that a counter offer has been sent to a prospective buyer
I answer an offer with a counter and message. I have always received a message from eBay that the message was sent and what my counter was. I have not received this message any longer. any assistance how do i contact support. Thanks

First check that your Communication Prefs haven't changed -

could be temporary...messages do tend to get "stuck" deep in eBay now and then I've noticed.

OP8 months agoYes, I waited about 3 days, and they came back to normal - receiving a response from eBay when sending a counter to the buyer, however the others (5) were not sent to me, so they are still lost. thanks to all that helped out - truly appreciated. Also, I did send in a technical request to eBay, but never heard back from them, so i do not know if they had anything to do with the solution.
