Receiving less money for an item I sold
I sold an item recently. The transaction breakdown from ebay states that I should receive $26.19 the net proceeds. I only got $3.75 put in my bank account for this transaction. This makes no sense to me, and I need help understanding this situation.

You may be able to answer it yourself by going to Seller Hub > Payments > Payouts and opening the $3.75 payout. eBay will show which transactions were included in that payout and any related deductions.
Also check Payments > All transactions and search for the order number. That page can show sales, shipping labels, refunds, fees, holds, transfers and payouts associated with your account.
The $26.19 shown as net proceeds for the sale does not always mean a separate $26.19 deposit will go to your bank. eBay works from your overall Payments balance, so other selling costs or transactions can affect the actual payout amount.

If you post a screenshot of the transaction details and payout breakdown, just make sure to cover any personal or banking information first.
Also check whether Express Payout is available on your Payments page. If your account and bank are eligible, eBay may let you send your available funds much faster instead of waiting for the normal payout schedule.

Mentor1 week agoIt's almost impossible for anybody even to guess at why those two numbers are so different -- based on your very short post.
If you could attach a screen shot of the payment details that eBay provided to you, there are several regular eBay Community Mentors who can help you understand where all the money goes or went. Or at least try to help you understand.
