Mentor2 years agoSellers do not have access to your payment info, and have no way to charge you for something you did not purchase. Purchase can include offers or bids if pre-payment is required.
If the item is not in your purchase history, and you are sure no one in your home has used your card, call your credit card issuer and report your account compromised. They will freeze your card, issue a new one, and dispute the charges with eBay and any other merchant charges you identify as fraudulent.
