receiving damaged auction purchases.
just would like to post this thought to all buyers and sellers on ebay.i think ebay sellers should be rated on the quality of the packaging of the items they are selling.i am a seller and buyer and i make sure the item or items i sell are packed securely.i have received many items that have been damaged due to the lack of proper packaging.any thoughts?

Mentor3 years agoIf you receive an item that is damaged (not as described), you have 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
