Receiving counterfeit products and not covered with ebay money back guarantee!
Hello,
I have received a fake product from a seller in ebay and shipped it to a 3rd party shipping company to be shipped to a different country. The seller has confirmed that the products are fake in the messages but not refunding back my money nor sending the international shipping return label.
ebay is saying they can’t do anything as I have used 3rd party shipping which is not covered under ebay money back guarantee.
is that’s normal?
