Receiving an item and giving feedback
Hello all! I sold an item to someone. I packaged and shipped the next morning. I sent a message to the buyer that i had sent it and with a photo of the receipt and tracking information. Only because of the tracking, I know it was delivered. I never got a response from them and still have not received feedback on my item. It was received 5 days ago. I just wonder if this is the usual etiquette or if I got a dud.

Mentor2 years agoFeedback is voluntary. You won't receive it from every buyer (in fact you'll receive it from maybe around half of your buyers).
You just keep being the best seller you can be and feedback will come. You're here to sell items, not to sell feedback, so focus on the right priorities.
I want happy buyers whether they leave feedback or not, so that's what I focus on.
