I have already been through the useless "Automated Assistant" and am trying to find out why I'm receiving an error message stating that I am ineligible to list car seats when I have already sold car seats, I have sold more than $1000.00, and have been a seller since the middle of last year with 495 items sold. I understand that "bots" run ebay but this is getting ridiculous. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Robert
