Receiving a package
Hi I ordered something from someone on eBay the first time I didn't get a response but we received the items but one item was missing contact him again still no response we again ordered something but this time he gave us a tracking number for the items but when we run the tracking number it says USPS is still waiting for the package what do I do it's been a week someone help me PLEASE

for the second package, open an item not rec'd case starting the next day after the last estimated delivery date on your order
