Receiving a message that "item isn't available for purchase in your location," which is not true
I live in the US and have tried to purchase several items and received an eBay message stating, "this item isn't available for purchase in your location." My account is current, all bills are paid and there are no account problems. When I contacted one of the sellers to ask why he hadn't sold in Massachusetts, he replied that he had. Any suggestions for workarounds for this problem? I took a screenshot of the eBay message, but I apparently cannot upload the image. Help!
