receiving a counterfit item policy notice
I received a counterfit item policy violation and my item was taken down. I called customer service and spoke to an agent and explained that my item was real and i could prove it. He looked at my account and told me that he thought it looked legit and after I explained the proof I had he put in a appeal on my behalf. He then stated I may or may not be given a chance to appeal. I asked if I could send my pics of proof of authenticity somewhere and he said no and to wait and see if they contact me. There are currently over 5,700 other postings for the exact same item as mine for sale and over 9,400 sold so Im so confused as to why they took down mine?? It is so frustrating that they will not just simply let me send in my proof. HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS HAPPEN AND IF SO WHAT DID YOU DO?
