Received wrong jersey, now I need to buy again to receive partial refund!?
So I ordered a soccer jersey from a seller, it was supposed to be an Al Nassr (Saudi Arabia) kit (authentic replica sort of quality) with the Nike and club logos, sponsors, etc. and RONALDO's name on the back along with the number 7. Might I add this was a gift for my nephew for his birthday. He received the jersey, excellent quality and all--but without the NAME and NUMBER on the back of the jersey. Now the seller initially said they would make it right and send me another jersey, and proceeded to ask for pictures. I got the pictures for the seller and forwarded them, thanking them for making this right for me! They said I can hold onto the blank jersey. Next thing you know they're saying all I need to do is buy another jersey and they will refund me 50%. Does this make any sense, or am I crazy? How do YOU make the mistake, I ordered and paid for a RONALDO #7 jersey, don't receive what I ordered and paid for--and now you make 1.5x the $ from this mishap? What should I do? I am holding back on giving this seller a terrible review to give them the chance to make it right but it all seems whacky to me. And thoughts/advice is appreciated. Thank you 🙂

You should return it at the sellers expense. Get a full refund. Then if you wish to buy from the same seller you can.
