Received wrong items (suspect scam). Opened item not recieved case...worry this was wrong, what next

I ordered a fairly large 3D printed space shuttle launch model (roughly 18" square, about $560). This was coming from China to USA. I received a small envelope today with two cheap key chains. The tracking matches this order. I sent a message to the seller. And then through lack of knowledge and gut reaction opened a case of "item not received" reasoning I didn't receive the item I ordered. You can open a Return Request once the Item Not Received case closes.

Don't close the Return Request, as you can only open 1 Return Request.

You should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.

The seller needs to send a label to you, if they are in China they can't, but you can have them send you money to buy your return label. (If it gets that far)

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.

Also 95% is terrible feedback. look for 98.6 and above.
