Received wrong item and seller will not accept return
The seller mixed up my item with another he mailed. The item he sent shows delivered and he refuses return. I have exchanged several PM's with him and even sent the item I received to the other buyer. What recourse do I have?

Mentor5 months agoYou should have filed a returns request with the reason Not as Described. The seller would have had to accept the return and pay for return shipping. How did you know where to send the item to? Was a packing slip included in the package? Is the other buyer sending the item they received to you? If so, it appears it will all end well, but that is not how it should have been done. There is no way that ebay will force the seller to repay you for shipping to the other buyer.
