Received the wrong item, ebay not helping me with what I believe is a scammer
I ordered a pair of shoes for $141 and waited about a month for them to arrive from China. When the package arrived I received a small envelope that contained a bag of 5 silver charms, obviously the wrong package. When I contacted the seller, they told me that I have to return the charms to them in order for them to begin a return, and that they would send me money for the return on PayPal, which I don't really trust or understand. I would prefer to receive a shipping label to know that they're going to the right place versus spending my own money to send this package. I've contacted Ebay for help but there is no way to understand how they can help me directly. I don't know what to do and I feel really stuck and scammed out of my money.
