Received the Product twice. Seller doesn’t respond

Question

I purchased a tattoo chair as a guest on April 4th and made payment arrangements thru Affirm, and the goods got delivered in the next 3 days. That was my first eBay purchase ever and I was happy!
2 weeks later the same product got shipped and delivered. Now I have a second product I did not ordered again. And the seller from day one has not responded to any of my messages. I still reached out and messaged them today and still nothing.
what do I do?? Shipping was free. There’s nothing I can find on either accounts that I was charged twice. Has this happened to you and what solution do I have? I know I need to return this huge 70lb box. But now I’m wondering if shipping will get reimbursed. Also who is at fault?? FedEx? Affirm? eBay? The Seller???

I think you got a free chair.

Double check affirm and your credit accounts.

The seller likely made an error.

If you were not charged, you don't have to return it.

I would send the seller one more message, wait a month, then sell or donate the item locally.
