Received return not mine

Hi,

I received a message from Ups that signature is required,I signed the back cuz I’m expecting a letter & posted signed Ups by gate.When I woke up I saw a large box,I was surprised & opened,also I called eBay yesterday cuz there’s $37.44 charge to me that I didn’t recognize,representative said they’re going to contact Ups will take 14 days.

When I opened the package it’s a painting that’s not mine,I called eBay representative didn’t understand,I gave return ID & order number (packing slip) I saw the eBay buyer ID this buyer previously,bought back in October he also returned my item & I refunded him Oct of last year.

This time the item his returning is not mine & I got charged return shipping 😕.

Please help
