Received Refund money less than what I have paid
Seller canceled my order I have got my refunded money less than what I have paid I lost around 30 dollars

You will need to ask customer service to review the refund. To do this, post a private message on social media. www.facebook.com/ebay www.twitter.com/ebay
If they can't help, call your credit card issuer and them to open a dispute for a less than full refund on a seller cancelled transaction.
