Received purchase - everything ok. Status delivery remains "in transit" on Ebay
A few purchases I received and were fully ok. The delivery status is still "in transit" because the purchases were sent with standard mail. I want to update/adjust the delivery status but I can't.
Ebay keeps on sending me e-mails with the message "The estimated delivery date has passed"
And asks if I want a refund.
This is annoying.
How can this be solved?
