received package with no item in package

Question

There is a hole in the package. Item is missing. The post office has stamped the package ; Received without contents at Syracuse NY. I am unable to contact customer service. It keeps asking me to choose an item bought. I select the item missing and it says item has been delivered I basically go around in circles!! How do I contact someone that can help?

You need to file a "not as described" return and be prepared to return the empty box if the seller wants to pay for return shipping. If you file an "item not received" case, you will lose because the seller has tracking that shows something was delivered, even if it was just an empty box.
