Received package after receiving a refund
I received an order that was placed over two months ago. I already received a full refund from the seller after opening an item not received claim. I was planning on refusing it, so that the seller doesn't have to pay shipping to get it back, but I am concerned I will be ask to pay for it although it is on its way back. Please help

OP5 months agoI forgot to mention that I already purchased another one, so I no longer need this one.

Mentor5 months agoDo not refuse the item. If the seller used the eBay shipping center to purchase the label and refunded through an "Item not received" case then eBay will refund the seller and you keep the item.

OP5 months agoDoes this include if they refunded voluntarily when I opened the case? I just want to make sure I'm doing the right thing by eBay and the seller. Thank you for your help.
