Received Obviously Counterfeit Item, EBAY does not care!

Question

Purchased Breathe Right Strips from nexus_99. Received counterfeit item. Tried to file with Ebay that this Ebayer is selling counterfeit items. Included pictures of poor wording on 'genuine' boxes along with no UPC code and other crazy stuff. Got a reply from Ebay AI that there is nothing wrong with this!

What has happened to EBAY? Customer for 23 years and this is how we are treated.

Did you use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee to file the Return Request dispute?

Within 30 days from date of delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under “More actions” click on “Return item” and select the reason for the return. “Doesn't match description“. Attach a photo.
IF your request is approved, the seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.

Choose "Suspicious seller activity" then "Other", report that the seller is selling counterfeit items.
