Received notice that an item had sold that was no longer listed.

Question

I removed an item from the market a couple months ago. I received notice that the item had sold and to print ship\labell. I responded that item had been removed and he wants me to refund him. How do I inform ebay.

You need to cancel the order as out of stock and refund the buyer.

If I cancel a listing and I have no active listings shouldn't that be ebays issue?

Obviously the item was still listed on Ebay. If you no longer want to sell the item, you will need to cancel & refund.
