Received not the item that was posted for sale
The seller posted pictures of a similar item but I received one that was rusted and corrosion stops the seller has a generic picture but sends out a different product , false representation
this is bad for everyone selling on eBay The seller still has a listing with the same pictures of the same product that I was buying , but did not get . The sellers is using the same picture over and over but sending out different product , while similar , the numbers don’t match from the pictures of the listed product and what I received
what I received had rust and corrosion spots and different numbers on it
seller will not respond and eBay is not responding
not good customer service from eBay
this is a bad mark on eBay. As I’m sure I’m not the only one this has happened to
the seller needs to make this right by offering a refund. Or credit my card/account
I payed in full and did not receive what the pictures showed I was perching

ebay step in and contact seller , make this right

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request.
Here's what you need to do:
Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
