Can't find my order on ebay. I checked out as a guest. I received a cheap versof what I ordered.

Here is what we share with members who either intentionally or inadvertently purchase as a Guest:

First, you are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

Next, you may have inadvertently purchased as a Guest so you will have to log OUT of your eBay account to do anything with the Guest purchase. The email you received should have a link for you and this Help page will assist you as well: Buying as a guest | eBay

You can file a return claim regardless of the Seller's return policy using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". You will get a prepaid return label and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you once they get the item back. If they don't you can go to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.

On a side note, Guest purchases cannot be merged with an eBay account nor can you leave Feedback on the transaction.
