Received More than Purchased
I purchased 3 Durmend tubes and received 6. I notified seller told me he would pay to send them back and I said I would buy them. He said purchase 3 more in his store, but they are more expensive than the original purchase.

You are not obligated to pay for the extra items the seller sent, under the law they are considered a gift and the seller can not require you to pay for them, if the seller wants them back he will need to send you a return label.
If you want to pay the seller for them at the same price you purchased the originals for you need to let the seller know about the price difference. If he does not change the price you will want a return label to send them back.
It will be up to the seller to make the change or pay to get them back.
