Received item not the same and arrived with missing parts

Question

I received a leather harness and total purchase was 137.75 item arrived with missing belts and jock! Upon inspection I realized the item sent was not even the same one listed on picture and I contacted the seller and told them if the issue long behold the seller offered me a 35 dollar refund without anything else I paid well over that amount and I feel thats hugh way robbery. I tried to them contact ebay and no matter what device I use I cannot chat or request a call and this is very frustrating...

No need to call Ebay. Ebay has a 30 day Money Back Guarantee for buyers. Within 30 days from date of delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return. â€œdoesn't match descriptionâ€œ. Attach a photo. IF your request is approved, the seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item. If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.

Sorry this happened to you. This is what to do...

If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
