Received item I didn't order....what to do?

I contacted Ebay Customer Service and was told to send the item back. USPS said ok but you'll have to pay for return shipping. I didn't order the item and can't find on Ebay site any information about the seller. I looked on the internet for her phone number (her name and address was on the package). I found several numbers but none of them allowed me to leave a message. Has this happened to anyone? If so, what did you do with the package and what did you do about the seller? Have you ordered any items you haven't received yet? If so, check to see if it's one of those sellers (item location should be on the listings so that will be a clue.If you find a match, you have 30 days to open a return next to the transaction in your Purchase History using the option item not as described. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
