Received item damaged. Buyer doesn't take returns.

Question

I received the item I bought and it was broken into pieces. Seller says she doesn't take returns to put in claim with ebay.

A seller's "no return" policy only applies to "remorse" returns.

If the buyer files a "not as described" return within thirty days, eBay's money back guarantee applies.

If the seller does not provide for tracked return shipping, refund the buyer directly or refund once tracking shows the item has been returned to the seller, after three business days, the buyer can ask eBay to step in.
