Received item damaged and insde rattling.
Received a power amp and meters not working properly and something is rattling inside.
Contacted seller and he wants me to pay someone to remove and install meters and reinstall brace that is rattling.
Seller wants me to send him the meters and he'll replace them.
I request that he simply send me the meters and/or provide me the information WHERE I can purchase them. And his response was the same.
What shall be done?

Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reason for return, select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
Once you open the return, do not close it until you are satisfied.
