Received item back marked could big forward

Question

I sold a funko pop almost a month ago printed my label from eBay and mailed out. About 2 weeks later I received it back as unable to forward. I sent but a message after a week theyâ€™ve messaged me with their correct address and asking me to ship it to them there. What are my options I donâ€™t feel I should be out more shipping for their mistake

If a delivery was attempted to the address on the buyer's eBay account but the delivery wasn't received, the buyer is responsible for the package and eBay has marked the sale as received and complete. The buyer can pay for and send you a shipping label to the correct address for you to ship it to them. You should not be responsible for any additional postage charges.

Ask the buyer for their PayPal email address so that you can send them an invoice for the reshipping cost. Once paid, then ship. If they don't want to pay for reshipping, then refund the purchase price (not including the original shipping).
