Received Incorrect Item (not as listed)
Hi
I don't use ebay too often. But i ordered a beauty product and i received a different product than was shown & that i purchased. The order doesn't show in my "orders" and even if i search by order # it is not found? Thought i have proof through emails of when purchased, shipped etc & the product i should have gotten. I don't know what to do, cant' reach out to "seller" because order isn't shown, don't see a way to make a complaint to ebay without clicking on my order? help please, thanks
