Received Incorrect Item from Completely Different Seller
Summary: airtaggedmilk reported receiving a glass lampshade instead of the action figure they ordered from a different seller on eBay. The tracking information was linked to the incorrect item, and although the package had their correct name and address, it was sent by another seller. I ordered an action figure from a seller in Pennsylvania. When eBay informed me that my item had arrived, the tracking information was attached to a different package containing a glass lampshade instead that I had never purchased. The seller for the lampshade was completely different and lives halfway across the country from the seller I had actually purchased the figure from. The box has my name and address on it, but the item and seller are totally wrong. How can I fix this, and can I still potentially receive the figure I ordered? I guess I can ask for a refund, but I’d rather just have what I paid for.

You should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
