Received incorrect item and will not be given refund.
I ordered an Oura ring in the color "Brushed Silver" on December 9th. It arrived on December 12th, but it was just opened up. The color is incorrect. They sent a "Silver" ring instead of "Brushed Silver. The listing specifically says "Brushed Silver." It is past the 30 return period, but I contacted the seller because it is not what I ordered. The seller denied my request for a return. I opened a case with EBay, but they determined that there was nothing wrong with the listing. Bottom line is that the color listed was the WRONG color and I did not receive the product I paid for. Do I have any next options? When I try to contact EBay, they say that the case is closed and cannot be appealed. But I didn't even have a chance to appeal it. Please let me know if anyone has any suggestions. Thanks!

Mentor7 months agoContact the funding source you used to pay for the item to inquire about a possible dispute of the payment.
You needed to file a Return Request within 30 days from delivery, stating item "does not match description".

Below explains you are protected for 30 days from receipt for future reference. If you are outside that time period you will have to pursue a dispute with your funding source.
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
