Received fake item that was sold as authentic
I recently bought a Fendi Spy Bag that was sold as authentic and the seller said it has a certificate of authentication. However, comparing the bag to the original, this bag is definitely a fake. The obvious sign was the clasp on the coin bag and the lipstick cover. How this bag can be authenticated by a "professional" with such obvious sign is beyond me. I had reached out to the seller letting him/her know that the bag is fake. He/she responded that it was authenticated by a professional and asked if I took it to one to get have it looked at. I don't feel the need to do that since it's obvious but the seller refused to believe his/her bag is fake. What are my options in getting my money back?

·3 years agoGo to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
