Received fake item
ordered a JBL Bluetooth speaker only for it to arrive and it is not authentic it is a fake speaker should I contact the seller and tell him this or just try to return it and keep my mouth shut

Mentor7 months ago@gayow-15 file the return request. The seller pays return shipping and refunds you 100%. It also goes on the sellers record.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.

Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
