Received empty usps ground advantage bag
I had an order which was scheduled for delivery today, 4-1-24. I observrd the mailman putting my mail in my large rural delivery box. Went out to the box and found an empty usps bag with one end open, not torn, unsealed, with nothing inside. The mailman delivered me an empty bag. What should I do?

Mentor2 years agoIs there a sticker on the bag that states it was Received without contents? If so, take a photo of the sticker as well as the bag and send it to your seller. I would also make a trip to your local post office and show them the bag. See what they say.

OP2 years agoThank you for responding. There is no sticker on the bag that says received without contents, just a perfectly fine bag properly adressed with one end open as if never sealed. I took 2 pics of the bag as it is and sent to the seller with explanation. I will take your advice and go to the post office tomorrow. Thanks again.
